72-year-old Jack Austin and 53-year-old Jean Knight marry 11 Nov 2000 in Cass County, Texas. He retired from Texas Oil and Gas as a plant operator and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Jean Austin of Hughes Springs; two sons, Steve Austin of Linden and Kenny Austin of Kilgore; stepson, Jeff Perritte of Gilmer; stepdaughter, Jennifer Perritte Tosh of Mount Pleasant; a brother, John Calvin Austin of Kilgore; sister, Dana Brewer of Las Vegas, N.V.; grandchildren, Stephanie, Lacey, Robert, Jake and Ashley Austin; stepgrandchildren, Zane and Kyle Grubaugh; and a great-grandchild, Amira Clemons. He was preceded in death by his first wife, LaDonna Pruitt Austin, and a son, Ricky Austin. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. |
