The family is living in a rented house. Presley has been unemployed 4 months of the past year. He and Lucy can read, write and speak English. Both Presley and Lucy's parents were born in Indiana.

In the 1910 US Federal Census for Center, Hancock, Indiana, 36-year-old Indiana-born farm laborer Press and his 32-year-old wife Lucy [Waddell] Morris have been married 14-years and have had five children, but only four are living.
