Shared note

In the 1900 US Federal Census for Moral, Shelby, Indiana, 30-year-old farmer Frank Weaver is renting the farmstead next to his father Horace. He and his 28-year-old wife Rose O [Clive S Trapp] Weaver have been married 8 years and have had four children but three are living. This is a puzzle as there are four children listed on the census, 7-year-old Clarence, 5-year-old Cecil, 3-year-old Paul and almost 1-year-old Doris. They also have a boarder, 18-year-old Clarence Grant in their household.

In the 1910 US Federal Census for Moral, Shelby, Indiana, 39-year-old Frank Weaver [mistranscribed Reaver] is farming rented land. He has married as a second wife 39-year-old widow Mary A [Huffman Tucker] and they have been married for three years. Ten-year-old Doris M Weaver, child of Frank's first marriage is living with them.

In the 1920 US Federal Census for Franklin, Marion, Indiana, 26-year-old Arthur and 20-year-old Doris M (Weaver) Smith and their 11-month old daughter Anna R[osalind] Smith are living on Exchange Street in a rented house.

In the 1930 US Federal Census for Moral, Shelby, Indiana, 30-year-old divorcee Doris M (Weaver) Smith and her 11-year-old daughter Rosalind Smith are living as lodgers in Eva Bowman's house at 7 North A Street. Doris is a waitress in a cafe.

Mentioned in her brother Cecil Weaver's obit in the SHELBYVILLE REPUBLICAN of Monday, April 20, 1936 as Mrs Claude Knight of Richmond.
