Obituary posted on findagrave.com by June Davis Obituaries Barbara McCaslin Barbara J. McCaslin, 53, of Losi, died Friday morning in a local hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born Barbara Rogers in Grand Junction, Colo., and was raised and at- tended local schools there. Mrs. McCaslin married James McCaslin in Kansas City, Kan. in November 1947. The two moved to Lodi the same year. She worked for Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co., and from 1960 to 1965 she was employed by the Stockton Record. Mrs. McCaslin was preced- ed in death by her husband James McCaslin, in 1963, and her son, Gary McCaslin in 1973. Mrs. McCaslin is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Sasaki, Karon Katopothis and Sharon McCaslin, all of Lodi; two brothers, Wayne Rogers of Lodi and Donald Rogers of Stockton; one sister, Naomi Luke of Denver, Colo. and three grandchildren. Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Lodi Funeral Home with Pastor L. E. Rogers of Ft. Worth, Texas, officiating. Burial will be at Cherokee Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Lodi Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
