On 16 Jun 1914, Thomas A Ryan, born 2 Aug 1888 in Louisville, Kentucky, and Winnie Romine, born 24 Jan 1891 in North Vernon, Indiana, applied for a marriage license in Clark County, Indiana. Both were residents of Louisville, Kentucky. The groom's parents were Edward Ryan and Fannie Lowery. The bride's parents were Henry Romine and Rosa Lee.
