IIn the 1930 US Federal Census for Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, 43-year-old Jerusalem-born Edward Ghouri and his 31-year-old Cairo-born wife Mary [sic Marie, maiden name unknown] Ghouri have in their household their Ohio-born children, 15-year-old Joseph, 11-year-old Florence, 8-year-old Henry, 4-year-old James, 3-year-old Helen and 8-month-old Jeanette, Edward's mother 64-year-old Palestine-born widow Florence [Salti] Ghouri, and Edward's younger brother, 35-year-old Palestine-born brother Gus Ghouri.
