June 27, 1926-March 8, 2006 Leora Timmins Whaley, 79, of Encinitas died March 8. She was born in Arkansas and was a homemaker. She was a member of Seacoast Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Earl Whaley; son, Mike Timmins of Spring Valley; and brothers, David Lewis of Augusta, Ga., and James Cary of Dallas.

Services: noon tomorrow, Seacoast Presbyterian Church, 367 La Veta Ave., Encinitas.

Inurnment: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma.
