In the 1930 US Federal Census for Coal Creek, Wagoner, Oklahoma, 61-year-old Arkansas-born Edd [sic David Edward] McCaslin was married for the first time when he was 29-years old. His second wife 44-year-old Arkansas-born Martha [Sweptson Beshears] was married for the first time when she was 18-years old, so this is a second marriage for her also. They have in their household their Arkansas-born children, 8-year-old Irene and 3-year 3-month old Ona, two of Martha's Oklahoma-born children, 19-year-old widowed Sarrah [sic] Beshers [sic] and 15-year-old single Bennie Beshers, and Martha's 3-year 2-month old Oklahoma-born grandson Charles (who could be Sarah's child). Sarah and Bennie have attended school in the past year. Edd, Martha, Sarah and Bennie can read write and speak English. Edd is farming rented land and has worked on the last regularly scheduled work day. Edd's father was born in Alabama [sic] and his mother in Arkansas. Martha's parents were born in Arkansas, as were Sarah's and Bennie's. Charles' father was born in Arkansas and his mother in Oklahoma.

Zella Irene Londagin, age 92, longtime resident of Coweta passed away on Saturday morning, February 28, 2015 at Coweta Manor Nursing Home in Coweta, OK. She was born on January 3, 1922 in Arkansas to David Edward and Martha Lucy Ellen (Swepston) McCaslin. She was a homemaker who loved caring for her family. Zella was united in marriage to Odie L. Bentley and he preceded her in death. She then married Carmen Londagin and he also preceded her in death. Zella was a member of the Coweta Church of God of Prophecy. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Odie L. Bentley, her second husband, Carmen Londagin, her parents, 2 sons and 2 daughters. Zella is survived by 1 son, John Bentley of Coweta, OK; 1 daughter, Glenda Smith of Tecumseh, OK; 1 sister, Ona Belle Moss of Vinita, OK; 9 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A graveside service celebrating Zella's life will be at 2 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK with Rev.
