Everyone can read, write and speak English. Perry has attended school five months of the past year. Joseph is farming rented land. Joseph's father was born in Kentucky [sic] and his mother in Nebraska [sic]. Victoria's parents were born in Kentucky.

Perry has not attended school in the past year. Victoria's father was born in the United States [sic] and her mother in Kentucky. Perry's parents were born in Kentucky.

He is a laborer for the Wm Powell Company on Spring Grove Avenue and is married. He has never served in the military. He asks exception on the basis of a dependent. His description is caucasian, tall, slender with gray eyes and black hair.

The family is living in a rented house at 25 River Street. Edgar is a molder and Perry a laborer in a foundry. Everyone can read, write and speak English. Edgar's parents were born in Ohio, and Victoria's and Perry's in Kentucky.

Both have worked on the last regularily scheduled work day. Perry is recorded as not having served in the military which is incorrect. Everyone's parents were born in Kentucky.

The person who will always know his address is his wife Lila McCasland who also lives at 48 Simpson Street. Perry works for the Frigidaire Corporation of Dayton, Ohio at the Taylor Street Plant. His description is white, 5 feet 9-1/2 inches, 158 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair and a ruddy complexion. He has no other obvious physical characteristics that will aid in identification.
Perry W McCasland died on 23 Oct 1961 in the Veterans' Administration Medical Center in Dayton, Montgomery, Ohio. He was 72-years old and married at the time of his death. His residence was Mercer County, Ohio. A physician certified his death. No autopsy was performed.
