In the 1900 US Federal Census for Township 21, Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, 29-year-old Nebraska-born day laborer George N McConnell and his 31-year-old Missouri-born wife Fannie [Willis] McConnell have been married 10 years. Fannie has borne five children and four are living. These four Indian Territory-born children are 8-year old Clyde L [?], 5-year-old Floyd, 3-year-old Kate and 4 month-old [sic] James. The family is living in a rented house. George was out of work for three months of the past year. George and Fannie are literate and speak English. George's parents were born in Indiana; Fannie's father was born in Tennessee and her mother in Missouri; the children's father was born in Nebraska and their mother in Missouri. In the 1910 US Federal Census for Bartlesville, Washington, Oklahoma, 38-year-old Nebraska-born house carpenter George McConnell and his 41-year-old Missouri-born dressmaker wife Fannie [Willis] McConnell have been married 19-years. In the 1920 US Federal Census for Bartlesville, Washington, Oklahoma, 49-year old Nebraska-born building carpenter George N McConnell and his 50-year-old MIssouri-born seamstress wife Fannie [Willis] McConnell have in their household their youngest child 17-year-old Oklahoma-born Maude who has attended school in the past year. The family is living in a house at 1201 Jennings Ave. Everyone is literate and speaks English. George's parents were born in Indiana; Fannie's parents were born in Missouri; Maude's father was born in Nebraska and her mother in Missouri. In the 1930 US Federal Census for Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 59-year-old Nebraska-born George N McConnell and his 61-year-old Missouri-born wife Fannie [Willis] McConnel were married when he was 19- and she was 20-years-old. The family is living in a house which Geoge owns at 233 Woodland [?] Place. It is worth $3560. They have a radio.
