Olive has borne eight children and all are living. The Indiana-born children living with them are 19-year-old Julia, 16-year-old Adah, 10-year-old Ira, and 5-year-old twins, Roy L and Ray L. Adah and Ira have attended school in the past year. Julia and Adah are working as servants in private homes. Jason owns mortgaged farmland. Everyone is recorded as being able to read, write and speak English except Roy and Ray. Jason's father was born in Kentucky and his mother in Indiana. Everyone else's parents were born in Indiana. Jason and Olive are living next door to their son, 25-year-old Indiana-born farm laborer Ray and his family, which consists of his wife, 19-year-old Indiana-born Dorothy [Lewellyn] Waskom, their Indiana-born children 2-year one-month old Mary L and 7-month old Billy R, and Dorothy's divorced mother, 56-year-old Indiana-born Ertie [McCasland] Lewellyn. This family is living in a rented house for which Ray pays $4 a month. Ray married Dorothy when he was 23- and she was 17-years old [abt 1928]. Ray has worked on the last regularly scheduled work day and has not served in the military. Everyone's parents were born in Indiana.
