He was born in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Fern Fryman; three daughters, Misses Joann, Marjorie and Connie Fryman; a son, James Fryman, the father, Joseph Fryman; two brothers, Arthur and Robert Fryman, all of Indianapolis, and two sisters, Mrs. Flo Doty of Indianapolis and Mrs. Stella Ward of Stilesville.
